DiCromat II Salt Analyzer
The DiCromat II is a benchtop salt analyzer built for food production lines and quality labs. It measures solution conductance, compensates automatically for temperature, and displays the reading within seconds of sample insertion. No titration chemicals are required for routine measurements: program setpoints once per product against a known result, and the DiCromat will automatically recall and apply the stored setting. End-to-end including sample preparation, expect about four minutes per run depending on the method.
Choose the model that fits your product portfolio:
- DiCromat II (6 setpoints) — Base model for up to 6 product formulas.
- DiCromat IIA (24 setpoints) — Advanced model for a high mix of product formulas.
And the probe that fits how you sample:
- Dip-In Probe — epoxy-encased, non-contact inductive sensing. Immerse directly into a prepared beaker; resists fouling on high-film products.
- Flow-Through Probe — dual-anode contact cell with Grade 2 titanium electrodes, mounted on a base-mounted stack. Pour the prepared sample into the cell; smaller minimum sample required.
